Agreement

These Terms of Use and End User License Agreement (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of PlayerTracer, a desktop and tablet manual selection and highlight app, and this marketing site at playertracer.app.

By buying, downloading, installing, or using PlayerTracer, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not buy or use the app.

Merchant of record

Website checkout is processed by Paddle as merchant of record. Paddle handles payment processing, sales tax or VAT where applicable, and related billing. iPad in-app purchases are processed by Apple. Support for PlayerTracer product questions remains at the contact address on this site.

License

The website purchase price is $24.99, one time. It is not a subscription.

Your website license is tied to the email you use at checkout, plus an opaque license key issued after payment. Unlock in the apps with that purchase email and license key. The license is for one person, on up to 3 of your own devices (for example a desktop, a laptop, and an iPad). A fourth activation signs out the oldest device.

You may not sell, rent, sublicense, share, or transfer the license to another person, or use it on devices you do not own or control for that person.

Demo mode

Desktop downloads from this site run in demo until you unlock in the app with your purchase email and license key while online. Demo mode has no export, clips capped at 30 seconds, and a watermark on the full clip that reads PlayerTracer Demo.

Updates

Future updates to PlayerTracer are included with your purchase. A future major version may be offered as a separate upgrade; that is not promised here.

Your content and filming rights

You are responsible for the clips you open in PlayerTracer. You must have the rights to use that footage, including permission to film and use images of any minors who appear. Parental or guardian consent is required where the law requires it. PlayerTracer does not grant you filming rights.

As-is; liability

PlayerTracer and this site are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent allowed by law.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, PlayerTracer’s total liability for any claim related to PlayerTracer or this site is limited to the amount you paid for the license.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Nevada have exclusive jurisdiction, except where consumer law requires otherwise.
