Website purchases: PlayerTracer offers a 30-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase.

To request a website refund, email hello@playertracer.app within 30 days and include the email address you used at checkout. Refunds are handled through Paddle as merchant of record.

After an approved website refund, your license stops working on all devices (lookup and authorize fail).

App Store (iPad) purchases: request a refund from Apple. Apple’s refund rules apply; we cannot refund App Store payments through this site.
